Bhushan Johar is an accomplished financial services professional with 20 years of hands-on experience across the Banking and NBFC sectors, bringing extensive expertise in business leadership, financial services, lending operations, market development, customer relationships, and team management.

A Commerce Graduate, Bhushan combines strong business understanding with practical management capabilities and a customer-focused approach. His extensive exposure to the financial services industry has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, business development, lending ecosystems, and sustainable growth strategies.

Vijaya Tiwari is a Director and Promoter of Saksham Setu Micro Foundation, playing an important role in shaping the organization’s vision, values, governance, and long-term institutional development. A Master’s Degree holder, she brings a thoughtful, progressive, and purpose-driven perspective to the leadership of the organization.

As a Promoter and Director, Vijaya is committed to building an institution that combines professional excellence with social impact, with a particular focus on creating meaningful opportunities for women, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and underserved communities.

Sanjay Tiwari

Head – Strategy, Risk & Credit

Sanjay Tiwari is a distinguished banking and financial services professional with nearly three decades of experience, including 21 years of leadership and operational expertise across Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in strategic planning, credit management, risk governance, portfolio quality management, and financial analysis, contributing significantly to business growth and organizational sustainability.

Recognized for his analytical acumen and strategic insight, Sanjay possesses extensive experience in designing and implementing robust credit frameworks, strengthening risk-management practices, and driving data-backed decision-making processes. His expertise spans the entire credit lifecycle—from borrower assessment and credit underwriting to portfolio monitoring, risk mitigation, and policy formulation.
